Joanne Moore

Joanne has worked in international development for more than 25 years specializing in proposal and business development, project management, and strategic leadership and management. As Managing Director of JoMoConsult LLC, Joanne provides consulting services and training to USAID’s implementing partners. Joanne is teaching Hebrew University’s GLOCAL Pears Seminar which bridges the theory and practice of international development for MA candidates. She serves on the boards of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee/The Joint, Americans for Ben Gurion University, Yahel Service Learning Program, and Volcani International Partnerships. She is a Wexner Heritage Alumna. She earned her MSc. (econ) at the London School of Economics and Political Science and her BA in African and Afro-American Studies and the Political Economy of Developing Countries from Brandeis University.
